Tasted through wines at the Salado wine festival. Excellent Cabernet and delicious assortment of meads. The winery is also a honey farm that has been a family operation for many decades. Great people and awesome Texas products!

Today was the forth time at Dancing Bee Winery. I've enjoyed my visits before and I was excited to bring my family. We finally get here today and the weekend manager was not very nice or welcoming. In my experience my family and I sat down for wine tasting and the older lady with short white hair greeted us with a snarky attitude where she told us to sit at the bar vs the table for the samples but told no one else to move. During the wine tasting, we noticed that she would wash all the Caucasian customer's wine glasses before pouring the next taste but she would do a slight rinse off to the side of our table with a bucket and bottle of water. She was also serving everyone else half glasses but served us a sneeky peak. She even messed up our order and poured the wrong wine in the wrong glass. I understand people make mistakes, but she didn't even offer to rinse and fix her mistake! Very unprofessional to say the least. They lost my business... Forever!

Love this place! I've been coming here since they just sold honey - I sampled Clint's first batch of mead and was blown away. I keep coming back and they keep getting better.

This was place was DELICIOUS.

While beautiful on the outside and I was so excited since I have always loved getting honey here, I was completely disappointed as their wines/meads are AWFUL! Each one of them is like drinking Listerine. The raspberry wine is murky and tastes like rotten raspberries. The best option was the BlackBerry, but the BlackBerry was overpowering instead of being a sweet note in a bouquet. I'm so saddened. I suppose I will just have to stick with the tried and true Rohan meadery and Messina Hoff winery.
